27 de mayo de 2011- movimiento 15 M

Hoy hemos estado hablando sobre el movimiento 15 M que:
 aseguran ser gente, en su mayoría jóvenes pero también adultos y personas mayores, preocupada por la actual situación económica, política y social que voluntariamente se ha unido y decidido organizarse para expresar su descontento y luchar por un cambio, y que buscan, por el momento, reivindican su “derecho a indignarse” y a luchar por “una sociedad nueva que dé prioridad a la vida por encima de los intereses económicos y políticos”. En las acampadas circulan todo tipo de propuestas e ideas, pero el movimiento todavía no ha aprobado ninguna en asamblea. Sus organizadores aseguran estar trabajando en ello, pero también piden “tiempo y paciencia”, ya que llevan unos pocos días y deben estudiar y consensuar las muchas reivindicaciones y soluciones que presentan los participantes y los espontáneos que pasan por allí a dejar su opinión.

También una chica de nuestra clase, Isa, nos ha hablado sobre un tema de actualidad, la muerte de Osama bin Laden, después de que Isa diese su opinión, nuestro profesor nos dejó debatir sobre este tema tan polémico, la mayoria de la gente defendia que Obama había hecho lo correcto, ya que si él había matado ha millones de personas, él debía morir, otras personas estaban en desacuerdo con esta opinión y explicaban que no, que no lo deberían de haber matado porque ahora los de Al Qaeda vengaran la muerte de su líder. Este tema dio mucho de que hablar pero hubo un momento en el que Antonio, nuestro profesor, nos dijo que debíamos seguir con la clase, entonces fue cuando comenzamos a hablar sobre el movimiento 15 M.

25-05-10 FAREWELL PARTY' S MEGHAN

HELLO:)

Today has been the last day of Meghan. Finally we bought to her a presente as memento of our.
 We thought to buy a photo with all of 4ºA into a frame and a cake, but had a problem with the camera that it had the photo and we think buy to her an apron with a polka dot white and black, a book of "Rimas y leyendas de Bécquer" with a dedication and a flag of Spain with all of our names :"¡GRACIAS POR TODO MEGHAN, TE QUEREMOS!". She gave us a card with some wordsfor each one of us.
Then everybody ate the cake of chocolat and drinks coca-cola, juices and smoothies. We invited to Luis Jimenez, our tutor and to a teacher that she was with him in the square.
It was a good "party" :)

HELLO!
Today we've been talking to give a present to Meghan because she goes out on 25th of May and some Antonio Romero and some classmate have gone to Dublin with a grant. They don't arrive until then and we plan to frame a photo of  4º A, our group, give a cake and eat it too when they arrive of  Dublin and before she leaves. The photo has made us Gabriel, the director of High School, but Meghan couldn't be in it because she isn't  in the institute on Fridays and some people leave to Dublin on Saturday.
Luego Isa nos ha expuesto una noticia "Más Asco", de Maruja Torres que no estaba de acuerdo sobre la muerte de Bih Laden por mucha gente que éste haya matado.
Este tema ha dado lugar a un gran debate de personas que decían que estaban de acuerdo con su muerte, otras que también pero no con la publicidad que le estaban dando, otras que era mejor que lo hubieran metido en la cárcel,...pero en lo que todos hemos coincidido es en las consecuencias que va acarrear su muerte para los estadounidenses, sobretodo. Porque los seguidores de Bih Laden dicen que no se van a estar sin hacer nada por su muerte, que el 11M se va a quedar en nada comprado a lo que piensan hacer, nos ha dicho una compañera que lo ha escuchado en la tele.
Nuestra opinión sobre esto; no estamos de acuerdo con que lo hayan matado porque nadie tiene derecho a matar a otra persona por todas las atrocidades que haya hecho, ya existe u juez que dista la sentencia que merece, que desde luego, creemos que la cadena perpetua le hubiera hecho sufrir más que si lo mata, como ha hecho. Y de esta manera sólo se vería perjudicado él y sus cómplices, no su familia(mujer e hijos). Porque, la verdad, que ha matado a muchísima gente y ha hecho mucho mal, pero llevan diez años preparando todo,  detrás de él y hasta ahora, para matarlo de esta forma...
Y con esto no queremos decir, ni muchísimo menos, que estemos nada a favor de  todo lo que ha hecho este hombre, sólo creemos que si lo hubieran metido en la cárcel de por vida, hubiera sufrido más.
Pero ya está hecho el daño y las consecuencias pueden llegar a ser bastante duras por la parte de sus seguidores, esperemos que no le sigan dando mucha publicidad y haber que pasa...

Today, a native teacher of England called Brad Nash, come to our class. At the beginning of the class we have corrected the exercises about " Hobbes and Calvin ". And we were learn that the real Hobbes and Calvin were John Calvin and Thomas Hobbes.
John Calvin was born in 1509 and he died in 1564. He was a french theologian and pastor during the Protestant Reformation.
Thomas Hobbes was born in 1588 and he died in 1679. He was an English philosopher, he worked on political philosophy.
At the end of the class, we have begun to do other exercises, in which Meganh and Mister Nash, have helped us.
Our teacher of ethics said to us that he was going away to Dublin with the pupils of exchange.

Hello!
Today  we've did the activities about "Human Rights" the first chapter because is a little difficult and there is to translate it and understand the questions because the answer weren't as such in the text.
These are some questions of first chapter:

1. What right does the student claim to have?  What right does the teacher claim to have?
2. What does it mean to be “entitled to” something?
3. What is the relationship between rights and duties?

In this chapter, a student sounds his phone in class and the teacher takes it away.
Here, it debates the student's right to claim his mobile because he thinks the teacher can't take away his cell phone because it is him , and the right of the teacher to remove it, because he can't  have cell phones turned on in class.

Previously, we've seen our classmates who missing for exposing their work, in this case, of Plato. This work was for Miriam, Mª Isabel, Ismael Ferrer, Marta and Ismael Hernandez.
